You can save the most money by visiting Mayo to November, the off-season. Jamaica
, for example, is extremely inexpensive in October.
The trade-off is that while you don't get to sunbathe
you do get to experience the culture and people without
the tourist crowds.
The high winter season runs from mid-December to mid-April
with hotels operating at peak rates during this popular
period. This is generally the driest time of the year.
The low summer season runs from mid-April to mid-December
when hotels have lower rates providing great value. |
